Shipping policy
All ready to ship items will be dispatched from our end within 48-72 hours . However there can be slight delays in deliveries owing to the lockdown restrictions set up by your city or state. Please note if your area comes under - Only Essential Deliveries : Your package will dispatch once courier companies start accepting packages to your pincode
Delivery time for Preorder orders placed is currently 15- 20 working days.
COD is available for maximum 2999/- any order above that will have to be prepaid .
All emails are replied within 24-72 hours.

At Brew The Soul, Orders are usually shipped within 8-10 working days after placement. Our warehouse dispatches orders from Monday to Friday, and it takes 7-9working days for the order to reach you based on your location. Weekends are non working at Brew The Soul .
Locations of delivery:
Metros: Please allow 5-6working days for the courier to be delivered post dispatch
Non-Metros and Interiors: Please allow 7-8 working days for the courier to be delivered post dispatch. We Use Services and you will receive tracking details by Sms Upon Dispatch by the shipping portal . We cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions, custom clearance processes, and courier company caused delay in delivery time. However, we will ensure to keep you well informed incase of any unforseen delay with your order.
