Updated Exchange and Refund Policy

1. Product Exchange will be be provided only on manufacturing defect on the product , as the products are made of limited quantity and sizes are sold out fast .
2. Exchange period has been increased to 5-7 working days against 48 hours earlier to provide better customer support.
3. If the product is up for refund than it can only be done for manufacturing defect of the product , the product is to be shown in first 12 hours of recieving the product with an uncut video of unboxing the package .
4.The product is to be returned in its original condition with the original tags .
5.Only the product price will be refunded not the shipping amount .

We don't offer Returns. For exchanges, we need you to place the manufacturing defect request within 12 - 24 Hours of delivery to maintain our hygiene policy on the exchange portal. Reverse pickup charge is bearable by the customer for exchanges 0.
Cash on delivery is available for maximum value of ₹ 2999/- per order.
We don't offer Refunds until it is in manufacturing defect .
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability of garment, we can cancel the order refund .
It may take 2-3 working days for your request to be approved/ rejected. If your request is approved , the same will be picked in 2-4 working days by our courier partner. It takes 7-10 working days for the package to reach our warehouse. Once received at our warehouse - An exchange order takes 3-7 working days for the product to be quality checked and approved and credit note to be issued to your email.
PLEASE HANDOVER THE ITEM WHICH THE DELIVERY BOY HAS COME TO COLLECT ONLY- If any unaccounted items are handed over , the same will not be our responsibility as the courier partners will deliver us only the item for which pickup is arranged. Please ensure parcel is packed by the courier boy in front of you to ensure that the garments reach us safely.
A pending order can be cancelled only if the same is delayed past the delivery time.
Please make sure that the exchanged items are packed securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. Hygiene products like Cotton Masks aren’t eligible for exchanges due to standard hygiene protocols.
All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Packages received without original invoice will not be entertained. Any sign of usage will give us the right to refuse exchange.
Any exchange item received by us that do not meet the above mentioned conditions, will not be accepted and will be returned back at customer’s expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt.
Send pictures and uncut unboxing video of the package (Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged as per the User) of the products received along with packaging at brewthesoul@gmail.com
Disclaimer: The colour in images on the website can slightly vary due to product shoots in professional lighting. Garments and Fabrics which don’t allow tagging can be exchanged without the tags.
Disclaimer: Defected items will be replaced with a fresh piece in the same garment only
